Single Day Registration includes:
- Single Day Sunday registration includes access to the Trainee Day or Allied Health Session, Welcome Reception with Keynote Sunday June 7 (Sunday). Not included but available for purchase: Banquet (Tuesday).
- Single Day Monday registration includes access to all joint conference sessions (Monday), Exhibits (Monday), Lunch (Monday). Not included but available for purchase: Banquet (Tuesday).
- Single Day Tuesday registration includes access to all joint conference sessions (Tuesday), Exhibits (Tuesday), Lunch (Tuesday). Not included but available for purchase: Banquet (Tuesday).

When you attend the CCMG & Garrod Association 2026 Joint Conference, you enter an environment where photography, audio, and video recording may take place. By entering the event premises, you consent to being photographed, recorded, or streamed. You grant the Garrod Association and CCMG-CCGM, its representatives, and designated partners the right to capture, reproduce, use, and distribute these images and recordings in any format – print, digital, broadcast, or social media – now or in the future. These materials may be used for event promotion, publicity, or any other purpose deemed appropriate by the Garrod Association and/or CCMG-CCGM and its affiliates. You release the Garrod Association & CCMG-CCGM and all involved parties from any liability related to these activities.
By attending, you waive any rights to compensation or royalties for the use of your image or likeness, regardless of the purpose or platform. You also waive the right to inspect or approve any photos, videos, or recordings taken by the Garrod Association and CCMG-CCGM or its designated representatives. Your entry to the event premises confirms your understanding and agreement with this notice.

By registering for this event, I acknowledge that I am expected to conduct myself in a professional, respectful, and inclusive manner at all times. I understand that harassment, discrimination, or any inappropriate or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.
Cancellation Policy:
Registration cancellation must be received in writing to the CCMG office on or before May 10, 2026. An administration charge of $100 will apply to all refunds. No refunds will be provided after May 10, 2026.
